Groups
At Project 93, we believe in the power of community. We understand the importance of creating a safe space where LGBTQ+ individuals can connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships. Our support groups are a vital part of our service, offering a diverse range of opportunities for individuals to find belonging and support.
Our Current Support Groups:
General LGBTQ+ Support: These groups provide a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQ+ individuals to discuss their experiences, share their stories, and build friendships.
Social Groups: These groups offer opportunities for LGBTQ+ individuals to socialize, have fun, and connect with others in a relaxed and informal setting.
‘Somewhere’ (Wednesday Support Group)
A core support group offering a safe, confidential space to share experiences, connect, and receive mutual support. Features structured reflection and discussion for those navigating challenges or wishing to support others.
When: Wednesdays, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM. Drop-in as needed.
Queer Craft
Get creative and social! A relaxed group for LGBTQ+ people to meet, chat, and enjoy easy craft activities – all skill levels welcome.
- When: Fortnightly, Monday Evenings, e.g., 20th May, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Check events page for specific dates.

Trans Talks
A supportive and informative group led by and for trans and non-binary people. Connect, share experiences, and learn about key topics like legal processes and well-being through presentations and discussions.
- When: Monthly, Monday evenings, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Check Eventbrite for upcoming dates & topics.

‘Queer Quests’ (Thursday Games Group)
Join our casual LGBTQ+ social meet-up for chats and a variety of games. Bring your own, including consoles (we have a projector!).
- When: Thursdays, 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM.

Stroll and Roll
Connect with LGBTQ+ folk while enjoying Staffordshire’s outdoors. A monthly walking or rolling group – pets and cameras welcome!
