Our sessions provide valuable insights, practical strategies, and the confidence to navigate the complexities of sexuality and gender identity in the workplace and beyond.
CPD-Accredited Modules:
LGBTQ+ in the Workplace: Increase understanding of gender identity and the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ people. Develop strategies for creating an LGBTQ+-inclusive workplace. (This module is CPD accredited.)
Understanding and Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth: Gain the knowledge and skills to effectively support LGBTQ+ young people. This module is particularly relevant for organisations working with children and young people. (This module is CPD accredited.)
The Rainbow Partnership Accreditation
Project 93, in partnership with Derbyshire LGBT+, has developed the Rainbow Partnership Accreditation to help organisations become truly LGBT+ inclusive. This initiative provides guidance and support for embedding inclusive practices, no matter the size or type of your organisation.
