Events Support Volunteer
Help us create welcoming events that make a difference.
Do you enjoy meeting people and supporting your local community?
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help represent Project93 at community events, Pride celebrations, awareness days and local activities across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
Whether you’re passionate about LGBTQ+ inclusion, supporting people living with HIV, or simply want to give something back, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll help us raise awareness of our services, connect with local communities and ensure people know where they can find support.
How you’ll help
You might:
- Help set up and pack away event stands
- Welcome visitors and chat about our services
- Hand out information and resources
- Collect donations and distribute merchandise
- Support event activities and logistics
- Share feedback from people we meet
- No two events are exactly the same, and you can choose opportunities that suit your availability.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly and approachable
- Comfortable talking to members of the public
- Reliable and enthusiastic
- Passionate about supporting their community
No previous experience is required. We’ll provide any training and support you need.

Time commitment
Flexible. Volunteer as little or as often as you like based on upcoming events and your availability.
