Event Volunteer
Help us create welcoming events that make a difference. Represent Project 93 at community events, Pride celebrations, and local activities.
How you’ll help
- Help set up and pack away event stands
- Welcome visitors and chat about our services
- Hand out information and resources
- Collect donations and distribute merchandise
- Share feedback from people we meet
What we’re looking for
Friendly, approachable people who are comfortable talking to the public. No previous experience required—we'll provide full training!

Social Media Volunteer
Create engaging digital content to amplify our reach and share vital community resources. Flexible hours and virtual volunteering.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating visually appealing graphics to support our campaigns and events.
- Developing engaging content that communicates the charity's values and impact.
Skills and Experience Desired
Experience using Canva is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Excellent written communication skills are a must.

Support Group Volunteer
Help create a safe and welcoming space for others. Support our LGBTQ+ community groups by helping people feel included and valued.
How you’ll help
- Help prepare the room before sessions
- Welcome attendees and help people feel comfortable
- Support conversations and group activities
- Support attendees who may be feeling anxious or isolated
What we’re looking for
Compassionate, reliable listeners. Knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues is helpful, but no prior experience needed. A free DBS check is required.

Trustee (Treasurer)
Oversee our finances, ensuring we can continue providing vital mental health, HIV, and peer support services to our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy: Lead the development of robust financial strategies and budgets.
- Subcommittee Leadership: Chair our Finance & Governance Subcommittee.
- Reporting: Present accessible financial updates to the full board.
What we’re looking for
Experience in budgeting, management accounts, or commercial finance. Ability to translate complex numbers into clear updates.
Lived Experience
We strongly encourage applications from individuals with lived experience of the LGBTQ+ community or living with/affected by HIV.
